Everest Base Camp from Lukla

Everest Base Camp from Gokyo

Gokyo valley trek is a challenging trek with a scenic refreshment. In this trek, you will be trekking through the Gokyo valley,  passing the Cho La Pass. you will also be visiting the Gokyo Lakes in this trek.

Namche Bazar and Machhermo, are some charming valleys that you will have the opportunity to visit along this path. You will be enchanted with views of mountains like Everest, Gokyo Ri, Lhotse and Ama Dablam during this trek. Khumbu Icefalls, an ancient monastery, can be seen as well.  The paths are generally surrounded with oaks, pines, and rhododendrons.

Everest Base Camp via Jiri and Thame

This path combines cultural aspects with trekking via Jiri and Thame. An unique experience can be obtained while you go through this route. 

Jiri serves as an entry point to this route. It is a lovely town that has many beautiful sceneries. You will lead through small villages and terraced fields.

From Jiri, you will head to the historic village of Thame which is located high in the Khumbu region. Rich Sherpa Culture can be seen during the journey and also you get to see various ancient monasteries, and observe day-to-day life in the high-altitude communities.

The route then merges with Everest Base Camp trail. Till this point, you will have enjoyed the great beauty of Nepali countryside and also gained valuable insights into the Sherpa way of life.

Everest Base Camp Via Three High Passes Trek

The three High Passes Trek will take you through an unforgettable journey providing the best experience. You can expect a lot of stunning jaw-dropping views during this journey.

This journey involves crossing three high mountain passes: Renjo La, Cho La, and Kongma La. These all passes are at an altitude above 5,000 meters. The three high passes touch Kala Patthar and Everest Base Camp. You must be prepared to endure some physically challenging activities, and also have proper acclimatization for this trek. 

The first you will be stepping your foot on is Renjo La. Approaching Renjo La is like climbing a colossal staircase made of rocks and ice. Air is thinner which makes each step a bit harder but the view is sure worth the work. From the top the snow covered peaks look like reaching for the sky.

Cho La is a bit of a narrow and icy path which seems like something you would see in a movie. It’s like a puzzle path that you might struggle to solve. This path is difficult but passing it is like solving a tricky riddle.

Finally, Kongma La islike the grand finale of this trek journey. Steep climb with loose rocks is what you will have to go through in this pass. You will feel like a mountaineer on an adventurous mission. Winning a prize is less satisfactoy than reaching the top of this pass.
